Eiffel tower….. the most iconic structure in the world, located on the Champ of Mars, beside Seine River in Paris, France.

The construction of Eiffel Tower was completed on March 31, 1889. It was built by Gustave Eiffel, from where the tower got its name: Eiffel Tower. He was the most influential people in the construction of Eiffel tower. He was a contractor, engineer, architect, and also showman. During the construction of the tower, there were two other engineers who helped him, they were Maurice Koechlin and Emile Nouguier. The statues of them is displayed on the top of Eiffel Tower.
The main architect was Stephan Sauvestre and the work was done by around 50 engineers, 100 iron workers, and 121 construction workers. The design of the tower was first planned on 1884, and the construction began on 1887. The main structure of the tower is made of iron, coated with a dark brown paint. The tower is approximately 324 meters high, weight 10.000 tons, and had 108 stories.

The tower has three levels for visitors. The price of ticket is varied depend on whether you want to go till third level or only until second level. It cost 14.5€ if you want to go up to third floor and 8.5€ until second floor. Note that the height of first floor is 57 m, second floor 115 m, and third floor is 276 m. There are restaurant and souvenir shops in the first and second levels.

From the top of Eiffel tower, you can see around for about 59 km far.
In the day time, the tower look like a giant iron iron tower, but at night, it change into a very romantic lighten up tower. 7.5 kWh of electricity is used annually to lighten up the Eiffel tower. Look extremely stunning!

Tips:
If you plan to go up the Eiffel tower. better to started early as the queue can be so long. You can also do some picnic in the Camp de Mars if the weather is nice.
